Virtual Items and Currency

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BattleCityMMO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Game.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
